Jamie Turnbull & Friends

A non-profit collaboration where many musicians were involved remotely, using their home studios -Covid times(2020 & 2021)- put together by the mix engineer Jamie Turnbull.

No guitars or microphones were harmed in the process.

I think.

Do you want to hear me do metal screams? This was so much fun!

Pianodrome Sessions

Volunteering for the the awesome Pianodrome Team and their eclectic live sessions, helping out with the sound and lightning.

Helping Pianodrome

Another way in which I’m helping the gorgeous Pianodrome find a permanent home in Edinburgh is through my own music. They created a Mixtape of artists and people involved that you can find here and in which you will find “There’s You” from my album “I’m Here”, as well as many other beautiful songs from other local artists. All profits go to further development of the Pianodrome.

Chris Lyons & Lara Rosales

The multitalented Chris Lyons, who plays 9 instruments (or that’s where I lost count!) and amazes me with his wonderful playing joined me in a very soulful collaboration.

Mark Morley-Fletcher & Lara Rosales

My last project -Covid put it to bed- with the amazing Mark and his gorgeous guitar. Our set was a jazz and soul infused selection of old-time songs.

He is also an expert on how to control and understand performance anxiety and other psychological aspects of it -Play In The Zone is his most recent project.

Lara and Mark are back after captivating listeners with their set of soulful jazz inflected arrangements, where atmospheric vocals and imaginative guitar combine to present magnetic presentations of great jazz and pop tunes. Sure to warm you up from the winter’s chill.

Sarah & Lara

For over a year -in 2017-, Sarah Gallagher and me worked together in several covers and originals and played around the Edinburgh area. We were a quirky and eclectic mixture of Scottish folk and Spanish soul. So much fun.

Sarah and Lara are singers songwriters from Edinburgh and Spain, whose arrangements combine silver-voiced indie-folk, with inventive jazz-inflected treatments of standards. Inspired by many different styles of music and life experiences their combination of southern European and Scottish sensibilities is one to watch. After breaking into the Edinburgh music scene throughout 2017, and playing in various venues in the city as solo artistas and as a duo, they very much look forward to returning to Bruncheon as this month’s hosts.

Sergio Culebras & Lara Rosales

Back in 2014 and prior to my moving to Edinburgh, the talented Sergio Culebras -an awesome guitarist- and me had a duo formed performing both covers and originals around the Madrid area.

Julio García - Neya

My first ever studio recording, giving voice to the 4th track (Neya) of the album “Ser” of Julio García, released in 2006.
